Due to the controlled nature of our compounds, returns are limited. We stand behind every vial we ship and resolve issues directly and promptly.

Damaged or compromised shipments

If a vial arrives damaged or the cold-chain has been compromised, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and the batch code. A replacement or refund will be issued.

Incorrect orders

In the rare event of a shipping error on our part, we will arrange for the correct product to be sent and the original returned at no additional cost.

Non-returnable items

For safety and integrity reasons, opened vials cannot be returned. Custom or special-order items are similarly non-returnable unless defective.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of confirmation.
